Polaris Vision Production House LLC uses the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, plan your shoot, and manage your booking.

What we collect

The booking form collects your name, email, phone number, optional Instagram handle, preferred date and time, location, package, and creative brief. You may also provide a song or reference link. We record your acceptance of the booking terms, booking status, and payment references. A source label may tell us whether a request came from an advertising link. A hashed network identifier is retained briefly to limit spam submissions.

How we use it

We use these details to contact you about the project, agree the scope, manage payments, and keep booking records. Your contact details and creative brief are not published in the portfolio. We do not sell your personal information or add you to a marketing list through the booking form.

Services involved

Our website hosting and database providers process booking data. When connected, email and messaging providers process messages, and Stripe processes online deposit payments. If you use our Cash App link, Cash App processes your payment and receives the booking reference you include in your payment note. We store payment status and transaction references, not full card numbers. We keep booking information as needed to deliver services, maintain business records, and meet applicable requirements.

Videos and optional analytics

Portfolio videos play through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player after you press play. YouTube receives information necessary to play the video and may use cookies during playback. Optional Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta tracking only load if connected and you allow them. Optional tracking measures visits, booking-button and social-link clicks, and successfully saved booking or quote requests; we do not intentionally send your booking contact fields or private request link to these tools.

Your choices

You can omit your Instagram handle and song link. Contact @daifa_nieleo on Instagram to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your details. We may need to verify your identity and retain records we are required to keep.

Private booking links

Your request link gives access to your booking status and deposit checkout. Keep it private. If you think someone else has accessed it, contact us.
