Booking terms

These terms explain bookings with Polaris Vision Production House LLC in Birmingham, Alabama.

Requests and availability

Submitting the form requests a shoot; it does not reserve the time. Weekend shoots can be requested at any time. Weekday shoots can be requested from 8 PM onward. All times are Central time. We serve Birmingham and the surrounding area.

Agreeing your project

Before requesting a deposit, we agree the date, start time, shoot length, location, total price, editing scope, revisions, delivery timing, and balance due date with you. Any location costs, permits, travel outside the service area, or additional production needs must be agreed before they are charged. Short films and other custom projects are quoted individually.

Package prices

Shoot only is $150 and includes the camera files without editing. The $250 package includes basic editing. The $350 package includes advanced editing. Specific edits and deliverables are confirmed in your agreed scope.

The $10 deposit

After your shoot details are agreed, a $10 booking deposit confirms the booking. It is credited toward your agreed total, leaving $140, $240, or $340 for the three music video packages. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. Please contact us about rescheduling; a new date is subject to availability and written agreement.

If Polaris Vision cannot provide the agreed shoot, you may choose an agreed replacement date or a refund of the deposit. Nothing in these terms removes rights or refunds required by applicable law. Sending a request does not authorize a charge.

Payments

Online deposits, when enabled, are collected through a secure payment provider. Cash App deposits are sent directly to $PolarisVision and are confirmed manually after we verify receipt in Cash App. Include your booking reference in the payment note. Opening the payment link does not confirm payment. Other provider payments are confirmed after provider verification. We do not collect or store your full card number on this website.

Music and project materials

Please only share materials you are entitled to use or share. Any permissions needed for your song, filming location, and people appearing in the video should be discussed before the shoot.
